Checking Your Date
Check our calendar and see if the room on the date you would like is available. Please remember that the calendar is a tool for suggested available dates. Please contact us to double check before you set the appointment with your client.
The Camera Rooms are available Monday-Friday 10a-6pm
The Sales Room is available Monday-Friday 10a-5pm
Select Saturdays are available for a premium fee. We are closed for certain holidays as it's time for us to be with our families.
Time Management
Each room rents by the full hour. Plan your rental time to allow for set up, your session, and clean up to happen within the reserved time. Arriving before your scheduled time is not permitted as we may have other sessions in progress.
If you run over your time, you will be charged for the next full hour at the Additional Hourly Rate.
We know that some times a shoot is going so well and every one is having fun you want to keep shooting! If there is no one scheduled after you, you are more than welcome to purchase additional time to extended your rental.
Leaving our studio is in a mess has zero tolerance. We're not your mother! Before leaving ANY mess you or your client makes during the session must be cleaned up. If you're doing a Smash Cakes session, you must use a floor drop - we do not want sticky dyed sweets on our brand new floors.
Minimum reservation is four hours minimum for Studio 1 or Studio 2. Trust us, takes that long to set up, shoot, breakdown, and clean up.
Sales Room rents by the full hour.

First Time Renters
If you are a new renter with us, you must provide proof of liability insurance, listing Blue Hydrangea Studio as an additional insured, before your reservation will be approved.
Before your shoot, some time in the days before or about 45 minutes before your session, you need to come in for a studio orientation. We'll go over proper use of spaces, equipment, and answer any questions. This takes about 45 minutes, by appointment.
Equipment
Equipment is not included with your rental at this time.
Providing studio lights with the rental is a goal of ours, but until then plan on bringing your own gear and props.
